- Space-EXO Exosome Collection -
No. Space‑EXO exosomes can be stored at room temperature and do not require refrigeration. Once the lyophilized (freeze‑dried) product is opened, it is recommended to use it within one week under normal room conditions for optimal efficacy.
No. Skincare products need to remain on the skin’s surface to take effect. Washing your face immediately after application will rinse away the active ingredients and diminish the skincare benefits.
Yes. Using Space‑EXO exosomes with a beauty infusion device can enhance absorption and deliver better overall results.
Yes. Space‑EXO exosomes are extracted from animal mesenchymal stem cells (umbilical cord blood) without harming or killing animals. Since exosomes are secreted by cells rather than the cells themselves, they are suitable for vegetarians who accept such sources.
Yes. Exosomes possess powerful reparative properties, and when applied to the scalp, they can help nourish and support healthy hair follicles.
- Cleansers -
Skin is especially fragile after medical aesthetic procedures. Please follow your doctor's instructions. If there are open wounds, it is generally recommended to gently wipe with cotton pads soaked in clean water or saline solution during the first three days post-treatment. Once redness subsides and scabs have formed, you may return to regular cleansing. Both the Face Cleanser and Cleansing Mousse are formulated with mild amino acid-based surfactants, designed for sensitive and compromised skin, and are safe to use after treatments.
No. The Face Cleanser uses a high concentration (30%) of amino acid surfactants to provide gentle cleansing without the addition of soap, SLS, or SLES.
No. The Rose Extract Cleansing Mousse derives its fragrance from Damascus rose essential oil and contains no synthetic fragrances.
If you are wearing makeup, we recommend removing it first with the Makeup Remover Balm before using the Cleansing Mousse. If you only applied sunscreen, cleansing once or twice with the Cleansing Mousse is generally sufficient. (Actual results may vary depending on the type of sunscreen used.)
Take an appropriate amount, apply evenly to your face, and gently massage. It is recommended to wipe off with a tissue first, then follow with a facial cleanser for a complete clean.
No. The scent comes from pure lemon essential oil and does not contain synthetic fragrance.
No. It is formulated with olive fruit oil and camellia oil, without any added mineral oil, making it safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
The balm is a special formulation made using crystallization techniques to create a gentle scrub-like texture for enhanced cleansing. The grains will melt into a silky texture once massaged and warmed by skin temperature.
Yes. For waterproof products such as eyeliner or mascara, we recommend soaking a cotton pad with the balm and leaving it on the area briefly to help dissolve the makeup.
No. Use it directly on dry skin. After massaging, simply wipe off with a tissue—no water needed during the process.
- UV Protection -
Yes, children over the age of 3 can safely use any sunscreen product from the DERMA DECIPHER line. For children under 3 years old, dermatologists recommend using protective clothing such as hats and long sleeves instead of applying sunscreen.
We suggest Physical UV Protector SPF50★★★★, formulated with 100% physical filters for broad-spectrum protection. It has passed safety evaluations. However, if you have concerns, please consult your physician before use.
It is generally recommended to apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outdoors. This allows time for the product to set and prevents it from being immediately washed off by sweat. If you're staying under the sun continuously, reapply every 1 to 2 hours, especially due to sun exposure and sweating. If you’re only occasionally exposed to sunlight, reapplying once a day is usually sufficient.
According to the U.S. FDA, 2 mg of sunscreen should be applied per square centimeter of skin. This roughly equals one teaspoon for the face and neck area, or about the size of a NT$10 coin. Don’t forget to reapply regularly for continued protection.
DERMA DECIPHER sunscreens are not formulated with strong waterproof agents. Cleansing twice with a regular facial cleanser is sufficient for full removal.
All three DERMA DECIPHER sunscreens offer sweat and splash resistance. However, due to their lightweight gel and spreadable emulsion textures, they are not designed to be fully waterproof. For water activities, reapply every 1–2 hours and opt for the Physical UV Protector SPF50★★★★, which is formulated to be ocean-friendly.
Yes, we recommend the Physical UV Protector SPF50★★★★. This is a 100% mineral-based sunscreen that does not contain any of the chemical filters banned in Hawaii, helping to protect delicate marine ecosystems.
- Exfoliating Care -
Before use : Perform a patch test behind the ear before full application to ensure there’s no adverse reaction. If your skin has wounds or is damaged, please pause usage until fully healed.
During use : It’s normal to experience increased oiliness or breakouts in the initial 1–2 weeks. These are temporary and typically improve with consistent use. Avoid using other exfoliating products during this period to prevent over-exfoliation.
After use : Be sure to strengthen your moisturizing and sun protection routine to support the skin’s renewal process.
The pH level of the Multi-Acid Resurfacing Liquid Peel is above 3.5, in compliance with Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare regulations for acid-based cosmetics. To avoid excessive exfoliation and potential skin barrier damage, do not use other exfoliating products while using this serum.
No, the Multi-Acid Resurfacing Liquid Peel is a leave-on formula designed for gentle daily home use. After application, allow the skin to absorb the product before continuing with your regular skincare routine. Recommended usage by skin type:
Oily skin : Use morning and night.
Normal/Combination skin : Use once daily in the evening.
Dry skin : Use 2–4 times a week based on skin condition.
We recommend stopping use one week prior to and for three weeks after any laser or medical aesthetic treatments to avoid irritation.
After cleansing, apply a hydrating toner as the first step, followed by the Multi-Acid Resurfacing Liquid Peel. Once fully absorbed, continue with your regular skincare regimen. Suggested routine:
Face Cleanser → Herbal Hydrating Toner → Multi-Acid Resurfacing Liquid Peel → Hyaluronic Serum → Face Cream → Physical UV Protector SPF50★★★★ (morning)
- Sheet Mask -
Facial masks are a type of occlusive skincare that intensively delivers serum to the skin by creating a sealing layer. Compared to general skincare products, the effects are more potent. Therefore, we do not recommend using them every day. Under normal conditions, 1–2 times per week is sufficient. Mask usage should also be adjusted according to your current skin condition. If your skin is compromised or particularly sensitive, it's best to pause use temporarily and resume once your skin has stabilized. Overuse may lead to skin burden rather than benefit.
After cleansing, you may apply serum or go straight to the mask. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then remove, and follow with cream to lock in moisture.
Suggested routine :
Face Cleanser → Hyaluronic Serum → Intense Calming Facial Treatment Mask or Brightening Facial Revival Mask → Face Cream
DERMA DECIPHER masks contain no added alcohol or perfume.
These are intensive, occlusive masks — we recommend using them for 15–20 minutes. Prolonged wear may stress the skin. Our two DERMA DECIPHER masks are neither cleansing nor ultra-rich masks, so rinsing is not needed. However, if you prefer, you may rinse gently with water. After removing the mask, using a light massage to boost serum absorption followed by Face cream completes the routine.
Post‑procedure skin is typically drier and more fragile. Use products with the simplest, gentlest formulations. It is advisable to perform a patch test before applying to the entire area.
- All Product -
All DERMA DECIPHER products are formulated without retinoic acid, alcohol, fragrance, or other irritating ingredients, and are generally safe for use during pregnancy. However, due to individual differences in sensitivity during pregnancy, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.
Pilling usually occurs when the previous layer of product hasn’t fully absorbed before applying the next. We suggest allowing more time between each skincare step. Also, very dry skin may require longer absorption times. Try soaking with Hyaluronic Serum using a cotton pad for about 3 minutes before continuing with your routine.
Alternatively, apply The Centella Elixir as the first step to quickly replenish hydration and stabilize the skin.
If there are open wounds, please follow your physician’s instructions. Once the area is safe for water contact, you may begin using DERMA DECIPHER products.
If there are no wounds, the full DERMA DECIPHER range can be used immediately post-procedure to support skin recovery.
Yes, its high hydration and repair capacity make it ideal for calming and restoring skin after medical aesthetic procedures. However, since recovery depends on individual skin conditions and the intensity of treatment, please follow your doctor’s instructions. Once skin is stable, apply a patch test on a small area before full use.
Post-procedure care depends on the type and intensity of the treatment, and should always follow your doctor’s instructions. In general, focus on the following:
- Gentle cleansing – Avoid hot water or products with alcohol, fragrance, or harsh surfactants.
- Repair – If there are open wounds, follow your doctor’s guidance. Use prescribed ointments or hydrocolloid dressings. Allow scabs to fall off naturally. Use repair-focused skincare.
- Hydration – Laser treatments can damage the skin barrier, leading to moisture loss. Intensive moisturization is crucial.
- Protection – Skin is more vulnerable to pigmentation after procedures. Proper sun protection is essential to prevent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Tip : Apply products in order of texture—from lightest to heaviest—for better absorption.
After treatment, skin is especially sensitive. Choose mild brightening formulas designed for sensitive skin. For non-invasive treatments (e.g., superficial laser with no open wounds), brightening products may be used once redness subsides to help prevent hyperpigmentation. If micro-injuries are present, wait until the wounds have scabbed and healed, following medical advice before resuming brightening care.
Some products contain active ingredients, and individual skin tolerance varies. Temporary stinging, redness, or itching may occur and is usually harmless if symptoms subside within 20 minutes and improve with continued use. However, if discomfort persists for several days or worsens, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a dermatologist.
Sensitivity can be caused by many factors and varies across skin types (dry, oily, combination, etc.), as well as seasonal changes.
All DERMA DECIPHER products are free from fragrance, alcohol, parabens, and other common irritants, making them suitable for most sensitive skin types.
If your skin is highly reactive or has medical concerns, we strongly suggest seeking professional medical advice before starting any new regimen.
Our serums offer excellent spreadability. For normal to oily skin, one full pump is sufficient. For dry or very dry skin, two pumps are recommended. However, adjust according to personal habits and skin condition. Gentle massage techniques can enhance absorption.
Yes, you can use multiple serums to target different concerns without burdening your skin—as long as you apply in the correct order. Serums are designed to deliver concentrated nutrients for specific needs.
Start with Hyaluronic Serum to hydrate and prep the skin for better absorption. Then apply your most-needed serum (e.g., brightening or anti-aging). We don’t recommend using more than three serums at a time, as the skin can only absorb so much at once.
